Check-in 14:00 hrs. / Check-out 10:00 hrs., outside these hours you can enjoy the hotel facilities while we store your luggage free of charge.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out will have an additional cost and is subject to availability.
The guest must show a valid and current identification document to be able to check-in, all minors must enter with at least one of their parents or with notarized permission.
For Peruvian clients (and foreign clients who have been in the country for more than 59 days), keep in mind that the prices DO NOT include an IGV tax of 10%.
Once the check-in is done, the cancellation penalty is 100% and previous payments are not refundable.
For drinking alcoholic beverages that have been purchased outside the hotel, a corkage fee of S/ 25.00 soles per bottle will be charged.
The sale of alcoholic beverages and/or cigarettes to minors is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, penalty of S/ 250.00 soles per room.
The possession, use, or distribution/sale of illegal substances (cocaine, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Any person found in possession of any Illegal substance will be immediately removed from the hotel and reported to the police.
The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or anyone for whom they are responsible.
It is not allowed to damage the property of the hotel, if this situation happens, the charge will be 100% of the price of the item.
The hotel will not be responsible in any way for any loss, theft or damage to the guest’s belongings due to any cause in the common areas. The guest’s valuables must be kept in the hotel safe.
Visitors must first register at reception and can only stay in the common areas, they cannot enter the rooms.
The room keys must be handed over to reception every time the guest leaves, losing them implies a cost of S/ 70.00 soles.
If stains are reported on the mattresses, sheets, covers, duvets or towels as a result of their misuse during your stay, a minimum additional charge of S/ 25.00 soles per item will be made for laundry, this amount may increase according to the condition and size of the garment.
The entry of animals is prohibited, except for exceptions made during the reservation process.
The hotel has a silence schedule to respect the rest of other guests by avoiding making annoying noises from 23:00 hrs. until 07:00 hrs.
