We want you to have a comfortable and safe experience. Please read the following guidelines carefully:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Mandatory registration and minors<\/strong>
    All guests must register at the front desk with a valid passport or ID. Minors may only stay if accompanied by at least one parent or with a notarized authorization. Full payment of the reservation is required at check in.<\/li>
  2. Changes, cancellations, and refunds<\/strong>
    After check in, no cancellations, date changes, or refunds are allowed. A 100% penalty of the reservation amount will apply.<\/li>
  3. Check out at 10:00 a.m.<\/strong>
    Please return the room key on time. If you need a late check out, request it in advance. Otherwise, an additional night or late check-out fee will apply.<\/li>
  4. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed<\/strong>
    If you’d like to consume your own bottle, a corkage fee of S\/ 30.00 per bottle applies. Ask at the front desk.<\/li>
  5. No smoking in romos<\/strong>. Please use designated smoking areas. Penalty S\/ 250.00<\/li>
  6. Respect everyone\u2019s rest<\/strong>. Avoid loud noises between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.<\/li>
  7. Visitors<\/strong>
    Visitors are allowed only in common areas until 9:00 p.m. Entry into rooms is not permitted.<\/li>
  8. Care of facilities<\/strong>
    Help us keep everything in good condition. Damaged items or areas will be charged at 100% of their value. Stains on bedding, towels, or mattresses will incur a cleaning fee from S\/ 50 per item. Lost key fee: S\/ 100.<\/li>
  9. Valuables and luggage<\/strong>
    Rooms do not include a safe. Ask at the front desk if you\u2019d like to store something or use our luggage room (under guest responsibility).<\/li>
  10. Prohibited substances<\/strong>
    The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. If detected, authorities will be notified and the stay will be immediately canceled.<\/li>
  11. Laundry service<\/strong>
    Request the laundry service at the front desk. Please indicate the number of garments and any special care instructions. Ask about rates per kilo.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
